One-off workshop

Are you experiencing daily stress, anxiety, pressure or burnout? Are you hoping to seek better work-life balance and improved emotional wellbeing?

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a framework and The World Health Organisation’s guide ‘doing what matters in times of stress’ as a reference resource, this one hour workshop introduces and gives opportunities to practice opening up to our experiences, being present and doing what matters. We might not be able to prevent the challenges life gives us but how we respond to them is something we can work on. This session will give you some ideas about how.
