Understandably due to the nature of grief this can be a distressing and upsetting time and can feel difficult to navigate. This one off workshop will bring a compassionate approach to understanding loss and the grief process, which not only focusses on loss by death but will include other losses such as loss of health, loss of relationships, loss by change and other losses we experience.
This workshop will explore a psychoeducational approach to normalise the grief and loss process and ways to be compassionate and caring with your self during this time in learning self-care skills for you.
